- Send a photo. Every request needs a picture of the appliance so we know what we’re coming to load.
- Make it easy to reach. Disconnected, ground level, clear path — garage, driveway, or curbside is perfect.
- No disassembly. We don’t remove doors, handles, or take units apart. If it needs that, it’s a different job.
- We schedule it. Pickups run when we’re already in your area — usually gone within a week.
- Rush or difficult = fee. Need it gone tomorrow, or it’s up stairs or wedged in? That costs extra — agreed up front, no surprises.

Is appliance pickup really free?
Yes. Standard scheduled pickup is free in our service area — working or not. If you need it gone faster than our route schedule, or it’s in a difficult spot (stairs, tight space, needs disassembly), that may carry a fee. We’ll always agree on it up front.
Does the appliance have to work?
No. We pick up working and non-working appliances alike. Working units may get a second life; the rest are recycled.
